Make Blueprint: Airtable Attachments download page and links

Starting on November 8th, 2022 Airtable will introduce a change to the attachment links. Previously the attachment links in your base were available via URL. The URL of attachments could be discovered either via formula or via API request. Sharing those links was allowing to provide other people or systems with access to attachment data in Airtable.

From Nov 8th, the Airtable attachments links will start expiring within about 2 hours. This means that every time you request attachment object via API it URL will be valid only for next 2 hours (more less).
